You are liable to check changes which will be posted in our terms and condition; with changes been made you agree to be bound by such changes by the continued use of the site once chances as been made you constitute to the following agreements.


Prices modifications 

Prices on our products are subject to change without any notification. We reserve the right to change or prices without notifying you or any third party.

Refunds and Exchange Policies

We do not accept returns or exchange on bespoke orders. We do not accept refunds on sale items however you can exchange the size or colour of the item(s).


  • All items purchased via the website are subjected to 14-day return policy and from showroom 7 days with proof of receipt sent via email to Info@kashaneswaby.com for online purchase which should contain product code and explanation to the reason for returning.
  • In-studio purchases must be sent also by post any Returns that are received outside of the 14 days will not receive a refund.
  • Kashane Swaby tags and labels must still be attached to all returned items.


Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted for exchange.

  • No returns for items that have been worn
  • No returns for items without the original tags or labels
  • All items returned as faulty or damaged will be inspected and any items deemed to have been worn or torn will not be accepted as faulty. If faulty we reserve the right to request images of the defect, before issuing any refunds of the price.
  • We strongly advise all shoppers to check garments thoroughly before leaving our showroom and upon delivery before removing tags and labels.
  • Once the item has passed 14-days we are unable to refund the cost of purchase however at our discretion exchange might be possible however the design of the item must be the same if granted.
  • Please leave all labels attached once labels and tags have been removed we can not allow a refund or exchange.
  • Please leave hygiene seals on the underwear and swimwear. We do not accept returns or exchange on underwear or swimwear.


In-studio purchase

We kindly advise all customers who wish to purchase from our studio to remove all makeup or anything that would damage the garment. If unable to do so you will be unable to try on the garment.


International SHIPPING

  • DUE TO THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC, INERNATIONAL SHIPPING WILL BE ON HOLD AND ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AWAITING FULFILMENT, (MADE BEFORE THE UNITED KINGDOMS GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCMENT RELATING TO THE CLOSURE OF OUR BORDERS), WILL NOW EXPERIENCE DELAYS. ANNOUCMENTS WILL BE DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE HOMEPAGE TO KEEP YOU UPDATED AS TO THE CURRENT POSITION REGARDING SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDER FULFILMENT.


International RETURNS

  • All international returns must be paid for via customer you are responsible for getting the garment safely back to our headquarter 
  • 14 The Square 111, Bradstreet Birmingham, West Midlands B15 1AS and covering all expenses.
  • Please also fill out the return slip which is provided in the packaging. If for any reason you need assistance with a return please do not hesitate in getting in contact with us via email.


How to return

Please do not hesitate in getting in contact with us so we can talk you through the steps in getting your item return please bear in mind return guidelines

  • Fill in return slip to the best of your knowledge
  • Postage cost must be covered by the customer 
  • Please make sure online purchase (s) are return within 14-days of purchasing 
  • ...And in showroom purchase 7-days of purchase.


How to exchange 

  • All items must have all labels and tags attached in order for the exchange to take place 
  • All exchange must be made on the same item 
  • All email must be sent to us with an explanation as to why you require your item to be exchanged, with the product code and date of purchase.
